14 Effective Home Remedies to Firm Up Sagging Breasts


Following are the 14 effective home remedies, to firm up your sagging breasts, which are also very cost effective and easy to incorporate:

1. Olive Oil:

Olive oil firms up and prevents the breasts from sagging. It’s available in every kitchen and the procedure to use it is also very easy.

Take some oil and heat it by rubbing it between your palms. Now use it to massage your breasts in upward direction. The massaging should be done for around 15 to 20 minutes at night before going to bed. It contains fatty acids as well as anti-oxidants, which help in treatment and prevention of sagging breasts by reversing the damage caused by the action of free radicals. Olive oil also smoothens the skin, thereby making you look younger and more beautiful.

2. Ice:

Massaging your breasts with ice cubes can help firming up your sagging breasts as the low temperature of ice causes the tissues to contract and the cellular activities to slow down. Also apart from being very effective remedy, ice massage is also very easy to perform.

Just massage your breasts with ice in circular motion for around 1 or 2 minutes and then clean your breasts with a towel to make it dry and then wear a comfortable and supportive bra. You need to mix  the fenugreek seed powder with water and make a thick paste, which then needs to be applied all over  your breasts. After this, leave it like that for 15 minutes to dry. Then you can use cold water to wash your breasts by making your hand move in upward direction on your breasts. By using this home remedy at least once a day, will help firm up your sagging breasts very soon.

4. Egg Yolk and Cucumber Mask:

Egg Yolk and Cucumber Mask is yet another effective home remedy to firm up your sagging breasts. Cucumber, being a natural skin toner, helps firm up sagging breasts. When combined with eggs, that are rich in vitamins and proteins,  it works amazingly in firming and lifting up the breasts.

Make Cucumber puree by grinding Cucumber. Mix egg yolk and some butter in it and beat it properly to make its paste. Apply the paste on your breasts with upward motion of your hand and leave it like that for half an hour. Wash it off with cold water again by moving your hands in upward direction.

6. Essential Oils:

Use of essential oils like lemongrass oil, spearmint oil, cypress oil, fennel oil, basil oil and anise oil etc is an effective home remedy to firm up the sagging breasts.

The process is pretty simple. Just mix these oils in normal mustard or olive oil or any other massage oil and then massage your breasts in circular upward motion.
